养血清脑颗粒对比天麻钩藤饮治疗中风肝阳上亢舌下络脉的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察使用养血清脑颗粒对中风肝阳上亢舌下络脉的影响。方法:选取2018年1—8月门诊收治的34例患者为研究对象,通过就诊顺序分为使用养血清脑颗粒治疗的观察组(18例)及使用天麻钩藤饮治疗的对照组(16例)。通过观察治疗前后舌下络脉积分,分析养血清脑颗粒对舌下络脉的影响。结果:两组治疗后舌下脉络积分均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组舌下脉络下降积分高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对患者治疗前后舌下脉络的观察发现,养血清脑颗粒可以明显改善脑梗死后遗症期肝阳上亢患者的相关症状。Objective:To observe the changes of sublingual collaterals in patients with stroke and liver yang sputum after using YangxueQingnao Granules.Methods:34 patients collected from outpatient clinics from January 2018 to August 2018 were selected as subjects.18 patients in the observation group and 16 patients in the Tianma Gouteng drink group were used.The effects of the two groups on the sublingual collaterals were analyzed by observing the changes of sublingual collaterals before and after treatment.Results:The scores of sublingual collaterals integration showed a downward trend before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).The scores of sublingual collaterals decline in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:By observing the patients before and after sublingual collaterals therapy,Yangxue Qingnao Granules can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction sequelae.
