摘　　要：目的:探讨益气补肾通络方治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死恢复期肢体活动不利的临床疗效。方法:纳入60例气虚血瘀型脑梗死恢复期肢体活动不利患者分为两组,一组以西药治疗,一组在常规西药治疗的基础上加服益气补肾通络方治疗,两组均治疗4周后,观察日常生活能力评分、肢体活动不利评分、中医症候评分及中医症状疗效。结果:两组治疗后的日常生活能力评分、肢体活动不利评分、中医症候评分及中医症状疗效,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气补肾通络方治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死恢复期肢体活动不利疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of yiqi bushen tongluo prescription on the adverse limb movement in the convalescence period of cerebral infarction caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:In 60 patients with qi deficiency blood stasis type recovery body adverse events in patients with stroke were divided into two groups,one group was treated with western medicine,other group on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy plus yiqi kidney in prescription,two groups of patients were 4 weeks after treatment,observation of the daily life of the two groups before and after treatment were compared ability scores,poor physical activity score and TCM symptom score and TCM symptoms curative effect.Results:After treatment,the scores of daily living ability,adverse physical activity scores,TCM syndrome scores and TCM symptom efficacy of the two groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:Yiqi tonifying kidney and tongluo decoction has a significant effect on the convalescent patients with cerebral infarction caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis.
