右归丸加减治疗阳虚寒凝型原发性痛经的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨右归丸加减治疗阳虚寒凝型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将106例阳虚寒凝型原发性痛经患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各53例。观察组采用右归丸加减治疗,对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片(迪克乐克)口服治疗,观察疗效。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状积分都有明显的下降,观察组明显低于对照组,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:右归丸加减治疗阳虚寒凝型原发性痛经具有确切的临床效果,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of The You gui pill adding and subtracting therapy on the 106 cases primary dysmenorrheal of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type.Methods:106 cases were randomly divided into two groups.53 cases in the observation group were treated with the You gui pill adding and subtracting,53 cases in the matched group were treated with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets,Observing the curative effect.Result:The total effective rate of observation group were 93.75%(51/53),apparently higher than matched group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).traditional Chinese Medicine in TCM symptom scores of the observation group after treatment was inferior to the matched group,comparing two groups had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of the You gui pill adding and subtracting therapy on primary dysmenorrheal of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type is exact,Patient tolerance is well and the clinical curative effect obviously due to Western medicine treatment.
