中药序贯周期疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究中药序贯周期疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床价值。方法:选取2017年7月—2019年5月本院收治的72例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,以不同的治疗措施分为对照组与观察组,每组36例。对照组用常规治疗,观察组以常规治疗方案为依据,用中药序贯周期疗法治疗,对比临床症状评分、临床观察指标、治疗总有效率。结果:临床症状评分与对照组相比,观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床观察指标与对照组比较,观察组较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗总有效率与对照组相比,观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在多囊卵巢综合征临床治疗中,采用中药序贯周期疗法,不仅能改善临床观察指标,还可以缓解临床症状,提高治疗总有效率,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of sequential periodic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:From July 2017 to May 2019,72 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital during the above period were selected to carry out the study.The clinical data of all cases were reviewed.72 patients were divided into control group and observation group with different treatment measures,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine sequential periodic therapy.The clinical symptom score,clinical observation index and total effective rate of treatment were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower and statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical observation index was better and statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,Chinese medicine sequential cycle therapy can not only improve the clinical observation index,but also alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the total effective rate of treatment.It has high clinical value and is worth popularizing.
