自拟加味三拗汤治疗外感咳嗽的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟加味三拗汤治疗外感咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年—2017年我院病历中符合外感风寒型、表寒里热型、外感咳嗽寒热辨证不明显型的患者120例进行分析,治疗组60例采用加味三拗汤治疗,对照组采用常规中成药治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率(95.0%,57/60)明显高于对照组(76.7%,46/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟加味三拗汤治疗外感咳嗽具有较好的疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Sanao decoction in the treatment of exogenous cough.Methods:120 cases of exogenous cough according to wind-cold cough symptoms,the external cold and internal heat symptoms and no obvious cold or heat symptoms were analyzed.Among them,60 cases in the treatment group were treated with Jiawei Sanao decoction,and 60 cases in the control group were treated with conventional Chinese traditional patent medicine.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group(95.0%,57/60)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.7%,46/60).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Sanao decoction is effective in the treatment of exogenous cough.
