大柴胡汤合四逆汤、四金加减治疗胆石症的临证体会

摘　　要：目的:临床实践验证大柴胡汤合四逆汤、四金加减治疗胆石症的疗效,并向广大医疗同行推广。方法:运用大柴胡汤合四逆汤、四金加减,治疗胆石症,并阐述不同证型的加减应用。结果:胆石症中部分病例可以通过保守治疗的方法治愈。结论:运用大柴胡汤合四逆汤、四金加减,灵活辨证运用,治疗胆石症能提高临床疗效,减轻患者手术治疗的高昂费用与心理负担。Objectives:Clincal practice verifies the efficacy of Dachaihu decoction Combined with Four counter soup and Four gold in the treatment of cholelithiasis,and promotes it to the majority of medical professionals.Methods:Dachaihu decoction Combined with Four counter soup and Four gold was used to treat cholelithiasis cases,and the application of different syndromes was elaborated.Results:Some cases of cholelithiasis can be cured by conservative treatment.Conclusions:Dachaihu decoction Combined with Four counter soup and Four gold,flexible and dialectical application,can improve the clincal efficacy of cholelithiasis,reduce the high cost of surgical treatment and psychological burden of patients.
