通督调神针刺法治疗更年期不寐临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察通督调神针刺法治疗更年期不寐的临床疗效,为针灸治疗更年期不寐提供新的方法及依据。方法:将30例更年期不寐患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组15例。治疗组采用通督调神针刺法治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。比较两组治疗后30 d、60 d临床疗效。结果:治疗组30 d总有效率86.7%(13/15),对照组30 d总有效率66.7%(10/15);治疗组60 d总有效率93.3%(14/15),对照组60 d总有效率80.0%(12/15)。两组不同时间总有效率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:通督调神针刺法是治疗更年期不寐的有效方法。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect,provide a new method and evidence for acupuncture treatment of menopausal insomnia.Methods:30 cases of menopausal insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,15 cases in each group.The treatment group adopts bushing kidney acupuncture,control group with drug treatment.To compare the clinical effect of 30 groups after two days of treatment.Results:After treatment in the two groups curative effect comparison of the total efficiency difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Bushing kidney acupuncture is treated with the effective method of period of insomnia.
