小针刀配合针灸推拿牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小针刀配合针灸推拿牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法:将我院2018年5月—2019年11月收治的70例神经根型颈椎病患者,以随机数表法分为对照组(35例)与实验组(35例)。对照组以小针刀治疗,实验组以小针刀配合针灸推拿牵引治疗。对照两组治疗前后颈部疼痛评分及临床治疗效果。结果:治疗前两组VAS评分相比P>0.05。经治疗两组VAS评分明显下降,实验组VAS评分明显低于对照组。实验组治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35)明显高于对照组的71.43%(25/35)(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀配合针灸推拿牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病,可明显减轻颈部疼痛,提升临床治疗效果。Objective:To observe the effect of small needle knife combined with acupuncture,massage and traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:70 cases of radicular cervical spondylosis were treated in our hospital recently(from May2018 to November 2019).They were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and experimental group(35 cases).The control group was treated with small needle knife,and the experimental group was treated with small needle knife and acupuncture,massage and traction.Before and after treatment,the pain score and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased significantly,among which,the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.29%(33/35),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.43%,25/35)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of radicular cervical spondylosis with small needle knife and acupuncture,massage and traction can obviously reduce the neck pain and improve the clinical treatment effect.
