中医经典方剂治疗闭塞性动脉硬化症的研究进展

摘　　要：闭塞性动脉硬化症(Arteriosclerosis occlusive disease,ASO)是一种由于动脉内膜粥样硬化导致的全身性慢性肢体动脉闭塞性疾病,发病率高、病程长、危害大、截肢率高,临床治疗难度大。中医经典方剂阳和汤、桃红四物汤、补阳还五汤和四妙勇安汤治疗ASO颇有疗效。本文对中医经典方剂治疗ASO作一综述,旨在为临床应用提供文献依据和治疗思路。Arteriosclerosis occlusive disease(ASO)is a systemic chronic arterial occlusive disease caused by atherosclerosis of the arteries.It has a high incidence,long course,high risk and high amputation rate.Clinical treatment is difficult.Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions including Yanghe Decoction,Taohong Siwu Decoction,Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Si Miao Yongan Decoction are effective in treating ASO.This article reviews the traditional Chinese medicine prescription for the treatment of ASO,aiming to provide literature basis and treatment ideas for clinical application.
