摘　　要：西丰县融媒体中心的高标清电视同播系统项目建设,立项初衷不同于其他项目,相关行业人员应逐渐改变企业的现状,适应行业生态的转变。从系统项目从立项、设计、实施都是根据行业生态转变、自身发展需要为出发点,并根据调研结果来立项,先标定目标,再设计方案的方式来实施项目工程。The original intention of the project is different from other projects,so we should gradually change the current situation of enterprises to adapt to the change of industry ecology. Starting from the establishment,design and implementation of the system project,it is based on the needs of the industry ecological transformation and its own development,and according to the research results to establish the project,first demarcate the objectives,and then design the scheme to implement the project.
