摘　　要：目的:探讨阿尔茨海默患者家庭照顾者的照顾体验与感知,为改善及提升阿尔茨海默患者及其家庭照顾者的整体生活质量提供资料基础。方法:以解释构建主义为哲学基础,以现象学为理论指导,通过便利目的抽样,结合滚雪球方式选取27名研究对象,采用半结构式深度访谈法收集资料,运用Colaizzi现象学分析法联合合众法分析、总结访谈资料。结果:阿尔茨海默患者家庭照顾者的照顾体验与感知包括8个主题:冲击感与落差感,矛盾痛苦中的挣扎,过山车的心情起伏,五无感,渴求更多的支持,丰富充实了生活,自我价值与意义的实现与觉知,自我成长与自我认识,其下含有不等副主题。结论:阿尔茨海默患者家庭照顾者在照顾过程中消极体验与积极体验并存,干预者在干预过程中应充分关注照顾者的积极体验与感知并发挥其正向力量,改善照顾者的心身现状,最终提升照顾者与患者的整体生活质量。Objective To explore the nursing experience and perception of family caregivers of patients with alzheimer's disease,so as to provide data basis for improving the overall quality of life of patients with alzheimer's disease and their family caregivers.Methods With interpretivism as the philosophical basis and phenomenology as the theoretical guidance,27 research objects were selected by means of convenience sampling and snowball rolling method.Data were collected by semi-structured in-depth interview method.Data were analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenological analysis method and united method to summarize the interview data.Results Family caregivers of alzheimer's patients care experience and perception,including the feeling of sense of shock and drop,contradictions struggle in pain,the mood of a roller coaster ups and downs,five non-inductive,want more support,enriching the life,the realization of the self value and the significance and awareness,self growth and self awareness,which contains subtopic.Conclusions Family caregivers of patients with alzheimer's disease have both negative experience and positive experience in the process of care.In the process of intervention,the intervener should fully pay attention to the positive experience and perception of the caregivers and give play to their positive force,so as to improve the psychological and physical status of the caregivers and ultimately improve the overall quality of life of the caregivers and patients.
