穴位敷贴联合中药热熨对缓解膝关节炎患者疼痛的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价穴位敷贴联合中药热熨和单纯中药热熨对缓解膝关节炎患者疼痛的临床效果。方法:根据膝关节炎诊断标准选取60例膝关节炎患者,按照随机数字表法将所选病例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组仅采用中药热熨护理,观察组在此基础上加用穴位敷贴护理。采取疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分和加拿大西安大略麦马斯特大学量性关节炎指数可视化量表(WOMAC)评分,观察患者膝关节疼痛改善情况和膝关节活动度改善情况。结果:经2周的护理后观察组与对照组比较,两组较护理前NRS、WOMAC评分均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),说明两组均有效果;护理后NRS、WOMAC评分比较,观察组效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴联合中药热熨能有效改善膝关节炎患者疼痛及膝关节功能,值得在临床进一步推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing and Chinese medicine hot ironing on relieving pain in patients with knee arthritis.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria of knee arthritis,60 patients with knee arthritis were selected.According to the random number table method,the selected patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group only used Chinese medicine hot ironing nursing.On this basis,the observation group was additionally given acupoint application nursing.The improvement of knee joint pain and the improvement of knee joint mobility in the two groups were observed by Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)score and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC).Results After 2 weeks of nursing,the NRS,WOMAC score of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than that before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups had an effect.After nursing,NRS and WOMAC scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing can effectively improve the pain and knee joint function in patients with knee arthritis,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
