摘　　要：为验证鸽副黏病毒Ⅰ型灭活疫苗(S-1株)对鸽子的安全性和免疫效果,对试制的5批鸽副黏病毒Ⅰ型灭活疫苗(S-1株)分别在3家规模化养鸽场进行田间试验。结果表明:幼龄鸽、青年鸽和种鸽免疫鸽副黏病毒Ⅰ型灭活疫苗(S-1株)后均无任何不良反应,并产生了较高的抗体水平,免疫后180 d对鸽副黏病毒Ⅰ型强毒川沙株的攻毒保护率在90%以上。试验效果证明,鸽副黏病毒Ⅰ型灭活疫苗(S-1株)安全有效。In order to evaluate the efficacies and the safeties of pigeon paramyxovirus type 1 inactivated vaccine(S-1 strain),five kinds of pigeon paramyxovirus type 1 inactivated vaccine(S-1 strain)were made and used in three pigeon farms.No negative effects and high level antibody responses were observed in different old pigeons inoculated with pigeon paramyxovirus type 1 inactivated vaccine(S-1 strain).The protective rate of pigeon paramyxovirus type 1 inactivated vaccine(S-1 strain)against pigeon paramyxovirus type 1 virulent chuangsha strain could reach 90%until 180 days post immunization.The results showed that pigeon paramyxovirus type 1 inactivated vaccine(S-1 strain)was safe and effective.
