摘　　要：圆孔轴线到实体边界是工程图纸标注常见形式,在分析传统方法测量该特征尺寸局限性的同时,还介绍了专用检具的结构原理和定性判定装置配置。经过使用验证:检具在测量过程控制便捷、高效、可靠,实现了对尺寸参数的定性判定和在生产现场对工件100%检验,保证产品的品质,满足客户需要。对今后类似检具设计有较高参考价值。The axis of circular hole to solid boundary is a common form of engineering drawing marking.In the analysis of the limitations of the traditional method to measure the characteristic size,the structural principle of the special gage and the configuration of the qualitative determination device are introduced.After the usage verification:the gage in the process control is convenient,efficient,reliable,could achieve the qualitative determination of size parameters and in the production site of the workpiece 100%inspection,ensure the quality of products,meet customer needs.It has a high reference value for similar gage design in the future.
