摘 要:泵叶轮口环密封的动力特性与口环间隙内部流动特性乃至泵的运转稳定性密切相关,流动特性的改善可通过口环密封面造型来实现,为此,提出一种针对小间隙的“密封坝+螺旋线槽”微造型口环密封结构以期获得更优的口环密封动力特性。研究表明:层流模型和湍流模型计算得到的口环密封动力特性和密封性能在基本规律上具有较好的相似性,只是在参数变化的趋势和幅度上存在一定的差别,分析认为湍流模型能够更充分地反映微间隙、微结构对流动特性的影响;螺旋槽产生的动压效应和泵送效应随转速的升高、径向间隙的减小而增强;与光滑口环相比,螺旋槽口环能明显提高液膜最大压力值,且随动环偏心距的增大提升幅度更显著;可见螺旋槽造型能使口环转子获得更好的对中性,减少磨损,延长使用寿命。The dynamic characteristics of pump impeller ring seal are closely related to the internal flow characteristics of the orifice ring and even the pump’s running stability.The improvement of flow characteristics can be achieved by the shape of the sealing surface of the mouth ring.To this end,a“sealing dam+spiral groove”micro-shaped mouth ring sealing structure for small gaps was proposed in order to obtain better port ring sealing dynamic characteristics.The study shows that the laminar flow model and the turbulence model have good similarity in the basic laws of the ring seal dynamic characteristics and sealing performance.There is only a certain difference in the trend and magnitude of the parameter changes.The analysis suggests that the turbulence model can more fully reflect the effects of micro-gap and microstructure on flow characteristics.The dynamic pressure effect and the pumping effect generated by the spiral groove are enhanced with rotational speed and the decrease of the radial clearance.Compared with the smooth ring,the spiral notch ring can significantly increase the maximum pressure of the liquid film,and the increase of the eccentricity of the moving ring is more significant.It can be seen that the spiral groove shape can achieve better centering of the ring rotor,reduce wear,and prolong the service life.
