摘 要:为鉴定从青石斑鱼肝脏分离到的致病菌ZPY-1和探讨其耐药性,对其进行菌种鉴定、药敏性分析和传代诱导.结果显示:ZPY-1为革兰氏阴性,具有典型的单细胞微生物生长曲线;生理生化特性和16S rRNA鉴定判断ZPY-1为嗜水气单胞菌.在14种常用渔业抗菌药物中,嗜水气单胞菌ZPY-1对氨苄青霉素、强力霉素、阿奇霉素、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶和磺胺嘧啶高度耐药,对氟苯尼考、诺氟沙星、磺胺甲恶唑较为敏感;但是对氟苯尼考、诺氟沙星、磺胺甲恶唑的敏感性,却随着ZPY-1分别在这3种抗菌药物低剂量连续诱导下失去了.本研究将为石斑鱼细菌性疾病的防控提供一定的理论依据.In order to identify the pathogenic bacteria ZPY-1 isolated from the liver of Epinephelus awoara and to explore its drug resistance,the strain identification,drug susceptibility and generation induction of this strain were carried out.The results showed that ZPY-1 was Gram-negative and had a typical growth curve of single cell microorganism,and was identified as Aeromonas hydrophila by physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA gene.Among the 14 commonly used fishery antimicrobial agents,Aeromonas hydrophila ZPY-1 was highly resistant to ampicillin,doxycycline,azithromycin,sulfamonomethoxine and sulfadiazine,and sensitive to florfenicol,norfloxacin and sulfamethoxazole.However,its sensitivity to florfenicol,norfloxacin and sulfamethoxazole was lost by successive induction with low dose of these three antimicrobial agents,respectively.This study would provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of bacterial diseases of Epinephelus awoara.
