分析Bentall手术治疗升主动脉瘤合并主动脉瓣关闭不全患者手术前后心功能指标的变化及临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨罹患升主动脉瘤且同时有主动脉瓣关闭不全合并发生的病例应用Bentall手术予以治疗效果及心功能指标测验情况.方法 对罹患升主动脉瘤且同时有主动脉瓣关闭不全合并发生患者60例予以选取,均为南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2014年1月-2018年12月收治,应用Bentall手术方案展开治疗,观察心功能指标变化情况.结果 本研究患者不良反应率为13.33%(8/60),治疗后患者心功能分级严重程度相较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05).患者超声、血清心功能指标在治疗后测验值均改善明显(P<0.05).结论 针对罹患升主动脉瘤且同时有主动脉瓣关闭不全合并发生的患者,应用Bentall手术展开治疗,可促使心功能显著增强,且具更高安全性.Objective To investigate the effect of Bentall procedure on ascending aortic aneurysm with aortic regurgitation in patients with aortic insufficiency.Methods A total of 60 patients with ascending aortic aneurysm and aortic insufficiency were selected from January 2014 to December 2018 in the first affiliated Hospital of the Vocational School of Medicine of Nanyang,Bentall procedure was performed to observe the changes of cardiac function.Results The adverse reaction rate was 13.33%(8/60),and the severity of cardiac function was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).Both ultrasound and serum cardiac function were improved obviously after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Bentall procedure can significantly improve cardiac function and improve safety in patients with ascending aortic aneurysm and aortic valve insufficiency.
