摘　　要：目的 探究外周血中炎性参数与子痫前期的相关性.方法 选择2018年7月-2019年7月在郑州市妇幼保健院产检并分娩的孕妇125例,按不同的病情分为三组,其中A组40例、B组45例及C组40例.收集其基本临床资料及血常规指标,比较三组孕妇血清中血小板与淋巴细胞比值、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值及血小板分布宽度指标的差异及其与血压、尿蛋白的相关性.结果 三组间PDW、PLR、NLR相比(P<0.05).三组间舒张压、收缩压及24h尿蛋白量相比(P<0.05).PLR与血压、24h尿蛋白均呈负相关(P<0.05).NLR、PDW与血压、24小时尿蛋白均呈正相关(P<0.05).结论通过监测血常规中PDW、NLR、PLR的变化,有助于临床预测子痫前期发生及评估疾病严重程度.Objective To explore the relationship between the inflammatory parameters in peripheral blood and preeclampsia.Methods 125 pregnant women who were examined and delivered in Zhengzhou maternal and child health hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were divided into three groups according to their different conditions,including 40 in Group A,45 in Group B and 40 in Group C.Collecting basic clinical data and blood routine index,the differences of platelet to lymphocyte ratio,neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,platelet distribution width and their correlation with blood pressure and urinary protein were compared between the three groups.Results PDW,PLR and NLR were significantly higher in the three groups(P<0.05).The diastolic pressure,systolic pressure and 24h urine protein content were compared among the three groups(P<0.05).PLR was negatively correlated with blood pressure and 24h urinary protein(P<0.05).NLR and PDW were positively correlated with blood pressure and 24-hour urine protein(P<0.05).Conclusion Monitoring the changes of PDW,NLR and PLR in blood routine is helpful to predict the occurrence of preeclampsia and assess the severity of disease.
