摘　　要：目的 探讨量化式目标锻炼在护理胸腔镜肺叶切除术术后患者中的价值.方法 本次研究所选择的病例患者均为2018年1月-2019年6月在云南省第一人民医院医学数据病例库中筛选的胸腔镜肺叶切除患者,共计60例.按照随机数字表法分的方式分为锻炼组和常规组,各30例.常规组患者实施常规护理,锻炼组患者在常规护理的基础上实施量化式目标锻炼.将锻炼组和常规组患者的并发症发生率住院时间等指标进行对比.结果 锻炼组患者的并发症发生率6.67%远低于常规组30.00%(P<0.05).实验结果中,锻炼组患者的术后下床时间相较常规组更短,同时锻炼组患者术后三天内的活动总量相较常规组更高,组间差异显著(P<0.05).结论 对于胸腔镜肺叶切除患者术后采取量化式目标锻炼可以有效减少并发症的发生概率,确保患者能够在短时间内恢复身体健康,值得在临床中应用.Objective To explore the value of quantitative target exercise in nursing patients after thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,60 patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy were selected from the medical database of the First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province.According to the method of random number table,30 cases were divided into exercise group and routine group.The patients in the routine group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the exercise group were given quantitative target exercise on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of complications and length of stay were compared between the exercise group and the routine group.Results The complication rate of exercise group was 6.67%,which was much lower than that of routine group(30.00%,P<0.05).The results showed that the time of getting out of bed in exercise group was shorter than that in routine group,and the total amount of activity in exercise group was higher than that in routine group within three days after operation,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative Target Exercise After thoracoscopic lobectomy can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and ensure that patients can recover in a short time,it is worthy of clinical application.
