摘 要:提出了基于稠度差值法的水泥浆触变性能评价方法,即采用增压稠化仪在不同停机时间前后的稠度差值来表征水泥浆触变性能的优劣。采用滞后环触变性评价方法与稠度差值法的对应性研究,验证了稠度差值法在中高温条件下评价水泥浆触变性能的合理性与可行性,建立了依据稠度差值对水泥浆触变性能优劣评价的标准。此方法不仅能够体现水泥浆静止后剪切应力随时间的变化,且便于操作及测量,为中高温触变剂、高温堵漏钻井液、高温防漏防窜水泥浆体系的开发提供帮助。A thixotropy evaluation method based on the consistency increment of cement slurry is proposed in this paper.The method namely uses consistency increment of before and after the stop of the motor to characterize the pros and cons of thixotropic cement slurry based on the cement slurry pressurization consistometer.By comparison the result of the hysteretic ring evaluation method and the consistency increment method,the rationality and feasibility of the consistency increment method for evaluating the thixotropy performance of cement slurry under high temperature conditions were verified.In addition,a standard for evaluating the thixotropy performance of cement slurry based on the consistency increment method was established.This method can reflect the change of shear stress with time after cement slurry is stationary,and it is convenient for operation and measurement,hence,it may lay a foundation for the development of medium and high temperature thixotropic agent,high temperature drilling fluid for plugging,and high temperature cement slurry system for preventing leakage and channeling.
