摘  要:车载音响设备已成为汽车必不可少的一部分,因此有必要进行汽车音频系统的性能检测。为解决目前音频设备测量仪器功能单一、图形显示效果差、可扩展性差和价格昂贵等问题。利用虚拟仪器技术构建了一个车载音响性能检测系统,实现了对AM、FM和音频功率放大器性能的测试。硬件系统由数据采集卡、车载音频设备、音频信号发生器和个人计算机搭建而成。软件系统用LabVIEW设计,测试结果可以直观地显示在显示器上。系统参照国家标准,相对误差在0%~12%,3次测量相对误差平均值在0%~5%,基本满足技术要求。传统音频测试需要140 min;该系统在测试时间上与传统音频测试方式相比缩减了40 min左右,提高了音频测试效率。该设计可为汽车性能检测系统的研发提供参考依据。It is necessary to test the performance of the car audio system,which is an indispensable part of the car.Currently,audio equipment measuring instrument has a single function,poor graphics display,poor scalability and high price.To solve this problem,an automobile audio performance test system is established by utilizing virtual instrument technology,including AM performance test,FM performance test,and the audio power amplifier performance test.The hardware configuration of the system is composed of the data acquisition(DAQ)card,automobile audio devices,the audio signal generator,personal computer and so on.And the operating interface of the system is designed by LabVIEW,which can directly display test results on screen by waveform or by value.Lastly,according to the national standards,the relative error of the system is about 0%-12%,and the mean of relative error of three measurements is within 0%-5%,basically meeting the technical requirements.A traditional audio test takes 140 minutes,this system greatly improves the testing efficiency by reducing some 40 minutes compared with the traditional test methods.This design can provide a reference for the development of automotive performance testing systems.
