摘  要:针对科研部门实验室多、业务杂导致管理难度大的问题,以及实验室管理的共性需求,对石油地质类实验室日常运行的流程进行梳理分析,设计和开发了实验室信息管理系统。实现了石油地质类重点实验室运行过程中的生产、科研、开放实验等核心业务的流程化管理及数据信息化,实验室日常运行的人员、仪器设备、药品材料、检测项目等资源的信息化管理,实验室的质量管理体系及日常资料的信息化管理,对实验室资源、实验过程、实验工作量的多维度查询统计。在系统设计部分,描述了其功能架构和技术架构。在系统实现部分,以生产实验为例,说明了系统关键功能实现细节。该系统已上线运行,已有近2 000个用户,近7 000份检测报告,提升了实验室管理效率和水平。Aiming at the problem caused by many laboratories and miscellaneous business in scientific research departments,the general requirements of laboratory management are investigated and the daily operation process of petroleum geology experiments is analyzed.A laboratory information management system(LIMS)is designed and developed based on the investigations and analysis.The system realizes the process and information-based management of core business such as production experiment,scientific research experiment and open experiment;the information-based management of resources such as people,instrument,equipment,pharmaceutical,material,test item;the information-based management of quality control and all kinds of documents produced by laboratory;the multidimensional query and statistics of laboratory resources,record of experimental process and laboratory workload.In the system design section,the functional architecture and technical architecture are described.In the system implementation section,the production experiment which is taken as an example illustrates the implementation details of core business functions.The system has been put into operation,with nearly 2000 users and nearly 7000 test reports,which has significantly improved the efficiency of laboratory management.
