摘 要:针对某型航空发动机适航取证项目要求,对该发动机自由涡轮盘开展寿命研究。综合考虑自由涡轮盘标准工作循环内温度场和转速载荷,采用线弹性有限元应力分析法对轮盘进行应力分析,据此确定轮缘和盘心为轮盘应力水平及疲劳寿命的关键考核部位;充分考虑试验器能力及试验过程的可监控性等因素,设计并开展了能够对该自由涡轮盘关键部位进行有效考核的试验载荷系数为1的试验器循环疲劳试验;根据试验结果对轮盘低循环疲劳寿命进行分析。结果表明:该自由涡轮盘的预定安全循环寿命为6500次。Based on the requirement of airworthiness certification project of a certain aeroengine,life study of the engine free turbine disk was carried out.Considering the temperature field and rotational speed load in the standard working cycle of the free turbine disk,the stress analysis of the turbine disk was carried out by the stress analysis method of linear elastic finite element,and the flange and disc center were determined to be the key assessment sites for the stress level and fatigue life of the turbine disk.Considering the capability of the tester and the controllability of the test process,the cyclic fatigue test of the tester with a load coefficient of 1 which can effectively examine the key parts of the free turbine disk was designed and carried out.The low cycle fatigue life of the turbine disk was analysed based on the test results.The results show that the predicted safe cycle life of the free turbine disk is 6500 cycles.
