摘　　要：本文以智能机器给树木涂白作业为研究目的,以组合涂刷运动系统、视觉识别系统、物料供电提示系统、智能轨道系统以及机械设备树木涂料给料控制系统的方式进行设计。智能树木涂白机可智能自动化进行树木涂白,智能控制涂白液的输出,涂刷自动进行树木涂白作业。本文通过阐述智能树木涂白机设计的思路,并进行实践,希望通过对智能树木涂白机的设计可减少人工工作压力,减少涂料的浪费。The paper the design of intelligent tree whitewashing machine is aimed,The design is carried out in combination with brush motion system,visual identification system,material power supply prompt system,intelligent track system and mechanical equipment tree coating feed control system.Intelligent tree whitewashing machine can be intelligent and automatic to whitewashing tree,intelligent control of the white liquid output,brush automatic for whitewashing of trees.This paper expounds the design idea of intelligent tree graph white machine,and carries on the practice.It is hoped that the design of the intelligent tree whitening machine can reduce manual work pressure and reduce the waste of paint.
