管隧道行车的设计研究

摘　　要：在实际船舶设计中,为有效利用空间,节省资源,管隧道一般设计得非常狭小,通常不能使一个成年人直立通行。而且在设计中管隧道底部、侧部都布满加强筋,很容易使作业人员因磕碰而受到伤害。另外,因为管隧道的不合理设计还会导致工作人员效率低下、工期加长等问题。针对这一情况,文章研发了一种管隧道内使用的交通运输工具管隧道行车,以便于作业人员便捷、安全地在管隧道内通行,保证检修管道的质量,缩短工期,提高效率,减小难度,提高安全保障。In the actual ship design,in order to effectively use space,save resources,tunnel design is usually very narrow,it is not possible for an adult to pass upright.And in the design of the tunnel bottom,side are covered with reinforcement,it is easy to make operators hurt because of knock.On the other hand,because of the unreasonable design of the tunnel will also lead to low efficiency of staff,longer construction period and other issues.In view of this situation,this paper develops a kind of transportation tool used in the pipe tunnel,which is convenient and safe for the operators to pass through the pipe tunnel,ensures the quality of the inspection and repair pipe,shortens the construction period,and improves the efficiency,make it easier,improve security.
