摘　　要：文章以哈佳铁路工程为实例,通过支架基础施工、支架搭设、设置防护拦杆、防护网等全部封闭,在施工区域外设置防撞水码、防护桶及防护人员等措施,以确保交通和施工安全。The article takes the Harbin-Jiazhou Railway project as an example,and is completely closed through the construction of support foundations,support erection,installation of protective barriers,protective nets,etc.Measures such as anti-collision water codes,protective barrels and protective personnel are placed outside the construction area,to ensure traffic and construction safety.
