摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加葡萄籽原花青素对羔羊生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质及血清抗氧化指标的影响。试验选取48只4月龄左右、体重[(22.75±1.20) kg]相近的杜泊×小尾寒羊杂交一代公羔,随机分为4组,每组12只羊。各组饲喂基础饲粮的同时分别补饲0(对照组)、10(10GSPs组)、20(20GSPs组)、40 mg/kg BW(40GSPs组)的葡萄籽原花青素。预试期15 d,正试期45 d。结果表明:1)10GSPs和20GSPs组的终末体重显著高于对照组(P≤0.05)。10GSPs和20GSPs组的平均日增重和平均日采食量显著高于对照组和40GSPs组(P≤0.05)。各组之间料重比差异不显著(P>0.05)。2) 10GSPs和20GSPs组的宰前活重显著高于对照组(P≤0.05)。10GSPs、20GSPs和40GSPs组的胴体重和净肉重均显著高于对照组(P≤0.05)。40GSPs组的眼积面积显著高于对照组(P≤0.05)。各组之间器官指数无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)20GSPs组宰后1 h的红度值显著高于对照组和10GSPs组(P≤0.05)。20GSPs和40GSPs组的背最长肌剪切力显著低于对照组和10GSPs组(P≤0.05)。各组之间背最长肌的水分、粗灰分、粗脂肪和粗蛋白质含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)与对照组相比,20GSPs和40GSPs组的血清超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著提高(P≤0.05)。综上,饲粮中添加适量葡萄籽原花青素能够提高羔羊的生长性能和屠宰性能,改善肌肉品质。在本试验条件下,葡萄籽原花青素的适宜添加剂量为20 mg/kg BW。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of grape seed proanthocyanidins on growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and serum antioxidant indexes of lambs.Forty⁃eight 4⁃month⁃old Dorper×thin⁃tailed Han F1 hybrid ram lambs with similar body weight[(22.75±1.20)kg]were randomly divided into four groups with twelve lambs in each group.Lambs in four groups were fed basic diets and supplemented with 0(control group),10(10GSPs group),20(20GSPs group)and 40 mg/kg BW(40GSPs group)grape seed proanthocyanidins,respectively.The pre⁃experimental period lasted for 15 days,and the experimental period lasted for 45 days.The results showed as follows:1)the final body weight of 10GSPs and 20GSPs groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P≤0.05).The average daily gain and average daily feed intake of 10GSPs and 20GSPs groups were signifi⁃cantly higher than those of the control group(P≤0.05).There was no significant difference in feed to gain ra⁃tio among all groups(P>0.05).2)The live weight before slaughter of 10GSPs and 20GSPs groups was sig⁃nificantly higher than that of the control group(P≤0.05).The carcass weight and net meat weight of 10GSPs,20GSPs and 40GSPs groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P≤0.05).The eye muscle area of 40GSPs groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P≤0.05).There were no significant differences in organ indexes among all groups(P>0.05).3)The redness value after slaughter 1 h of 20GSPs group was significantly higher than that of control group and 10GSPs group(P≤0.05).The longissimus dorsi shear force of 20GSPs and 40GSPs groups was significantly lower than that of control group and 10GSPs group(P≤0.05).There were no significant differences in contents of moisture,crude ash,ether extract and crude protein in longissimus dorsi among all groups(P>0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase
