摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的复合酸化剂对商品肉兔生长性能、养分表观消化率、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。试验选取健康的35日龄伊拉断奶肉兔300只(公母各占1/2),按照体重和性别随机分为5组,每组60个重复,每个重复1只兔。试验设空白对照组(饲喂基础饲粮)和抗生素对照组(饲喂基础饲粮+恩拉霉素20 g/t+金霉素300 g/t),试验1组、试验2组、试验3组分别饲喂在基础饲粮基础上添加0.1%、0.2%、0.3%复合酸化剂(二甲酸钾与磷酸按照3∶2的比例混合制成)的试验饲粮。预试期5 d,正试期26 d。结果表明:1)3个试验组以及抗生素对照组之间末重、平均日增重和料重比无显著差异(P>0.05),试验1组上述3个生长性能指标均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。2)试验1组的干物质、粗蛋白质、粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率与抗生素对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),极显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01);试验1组和试验2组的粗蛋白质和粗灰分表观消化率极显著高于试验3组(P<0.01)。3)试验1组的胴体重、半净膛屠宰率和全净膛屠宰率显著高于空白对照组和试验3组(P<0.05),与抗生素对照组和试验2组差异不显著(P>0.05)。4)各组试验兔的肉品质指标(物理特性、化学指标)均没有显著差异(P>0.05)。综合分析所测指标得出,由二甲酸钾和磷酸按照3∶2的比例混合制成的复合酸化剂可替代抗生素应用于商品肉兔饲粮中,最适添加量为0.1%。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of diets with different supplemental levels of compound acidifier on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,slaughter performance and meat quality of commercial meat rabbits.On basis of weight and gender,three hundred healthy 35⁃day⁃old IRA weaned rabbits(male and female account for 1/2,respectively)were randomly divided into 5 groups with 60 replicates in each group and 1 rabbit in each replicate.The 5 groups included a blank control group(fed a basal diet),an antibiotic control group(fed the basal diet+emramycin 20 g/t+chloroterracycline 300 g/t)and 3 trial groups.The rabbits in trial groups 1,2 and 3 were fed experimental diets which supplemented with 0.1%,0.2%and 0.3%compound acidifier(the ratio of potassium dicarboxylate to phosphoric acid was 3∶2)based on the basal diet,respectively.There were a pre⁃test of 5 days and a formal period of 26 days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in the final body weight,average daily gain and feed/gain among trial groups 1,2,3 and antibiotic control group(P>0.05),but those three growth indices of the trial group 1 were significantly higher than those of the blank control group(P<0.05).2)There were no signifi⁃cant differences in the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,ash,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber between trial group 1 and antibiotic control group(P>0.05),but that of the trial group 1 was extremely significantly higher than that of the blank control group(P<0.01).The apparent digestibility of crude protein and ash of the trial groups 1 and 2 was extremely significantly higher than that of the trial group 3(P<0.05).3)The carcass weight and semi⁃eviscerated ratio of the trial group 1 were significantly higher than those of the blank control group and the trial group 3(P<0.05),but had no significant differences compared with the antibiotic control group and the trial group 2(P>0.05).4)There were no significant differences in th
