摘 要:以串联电容器补偿方式治理10kV长线路末端低电压有着良好前景,但相关技术问题需深入探析。首先依托相量图和数学方法对串补装置安装点和容抗值范围进行分析,明确相关原则;其次从线路功率因数与串联电容器极间电压的关系入手,结合各类电容器的特点,确定配网串补装置的适宜结构和电容器选型;最后对关系串补装置运行安全性的内熔丝动作下限电压进行探讨,明晰在线路功率因数低下时该值的确立途径。It has a good prospect to treat the low voltage at the end of 10 kV long line by series capacitor compensation,but the relevant technical problems need to be further explored.Firstly,based on the phasor diagram and mathematical method,the installation points and capacitive reactance range of the series compensation device are analyzed,and the relevant principles are clarified.Secondly,starting from the relationship between the line power factor and the voltage between the poles of the series capacitor,combined with the characteristics of various capacitors,the appropriate structure and capacitor selection of the series compensation device for distribution network are determined.Finally,the lower limit voltage of the internal fuse action related to the operation safety of the series compensation device is discussed,and the way to establish the value is clear when the power factor of the line is low.
