摘 要:为解决以往变电站内GIS设备充气时,变电运行人员无法判断SF6气体流向问题,研制了一套基于气体流向的SF6充气装置。该装置在对GIS设备充气时,能显示管道内SF6气体的流向并反映其具体流量,有效解决了SF6气体充气时气体流向与流量的测定问题,降低了设备充气带来的设备及人身安全风险,提高了变电运行人员的工作效率。In order to solve the problem that the flow direction of SF6 gas could not be determined by the substation operator when the GIS equipment in the substation was inflated in the past,a set of SF6 gas inflating device based on gas flow direction is developed.When inflating the GIS equipment,this device can display the flow direction of SF6 gas in the pipe and reflect its specific flow.It effectively solves the problem of gas flow direction and flow measurement during SF6 gas inflation,reduces the equipment and personal safety risks brought by the equipment inflation,and improves the work efficiency of substation operators.
