摘  要:内燃机式电力应急电源车的运行质量和可靠性对防范或应对电力突然中断并保障可靠用电尤为重要。研究了3辆在运应急电源车的结构部件、稳态输出性能、瞬态输出性能和额定运行噪声的检测,并对检测结果进行对比分析,发现发电机组/部件老化、维护不到位和设计/组装不合理等问题会使应急电源车的运行存在风险隐患,需引起相关人员对应急电源车进行定期科学检测和规范维护保养等质量管控的重视。The operation quality and reliability of the internal combustion engine-type electric emergency power supply vehicles are particularly important to prevent or respond to sudden power interruptions and to ensure reliable power consumption.In this paper,the inspection of structural components,steady-state output performance,transient output performance and rated running noise of three emergency power supply vehicles in operation is studied,and the results are compared and analyzed.It is found that problems such as aging of generator sets/components,inadequate maintenance and irrational design/assembly will cause potential risks in the operation of the emergency power supply vehicles.It is necessary to draw attention from the relevant personnel to the quality control of the emergency power supply vehicles such as regular scientific inspection and standard maintenance.
