摘  要:针对数字万用表存在使用欧姆档测量时回路不能带电,否则将可能导致表计损坏风险的局限性问题,设计一种防误测量装置,替代常规数字万用表笔接入万用表中。该装置由继电器切换、运算放大器信号调理、单片机控制电路组成,当使用欧姆档测量回路时先检测回路是否带电,再决定是否接通至万用表进行测量。试验结果表明,该装置能正确识别回路带电情况,起到防误测量作用。The digital multimeter has the limitation that the circuit cannot be energized during the measurement in the ohm range,otherwise would raise the risk of instrument damage.In view of this,an error-proof measuring device is designed to replace the conventional digital multimeter pen,which consists of relay switching,operation amplifier signal conditioning and single chip microcomputer control circuit.While using the ohm range to measure circuit,whether the circuit is energized is detected firstly,and then whether to connect it to the digital multimeter for measurement is decided.The test results show that the device can correctly identify the energized circuit to prevent mismeasurement.
