摘 要:针对贵州电网调度指挥网络交互系统的工作量不断加重,为有效提高指令执行效率,合理下达指令,在分析了系统中存储数据特点的基础上,通过对电网调度指挥网络交互系统中的历史数据进行聚类、降维处理和建模,预测指令各阶段执行时间,从而及时提醒操作人员到达操作现场,不但有效提高了指令的执行效率,也保障了电网调度运行安全。系统实际使用后,效果明显,为今后进一步提高调度指挥网络的调度水平奠定了技术基础。In view of the increasing workload of dispatching and commanding network interaction system in Guizhou power grid,in order to effectively improve the efficiency of instruction execution and reasonably issue instructions,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the data stored in the system,through clustering,dimensionality reduction and modeling of the historical data in the dispatching and commanding network interaction system of power grid,the execution time of each stage of the instructions was predicted,so as to remind the operation personnel arrive at the operation site in time.It not only improved the efficiency of instruction execution,but also ensures the security of power grid dispatching operation.After the system is actually used,the effect is obvious,which lays a technical foundation for further improving the dispatching level of the dispatching command network in the future.
