摘 要:储能电站的接入使得配电网的结构发生改变,由单电源网络变为多电源网络,原有的电流保护受此影响,可能出现灵敏度不足、上下级无法配合等问题。因此,根据恒功率控制(PQ控制)下的储能电站输出电流特性,按照储能电站输出故障电流达限与未达限两种情况进行分析,并提出保护定值优化改进方法。优化方法中考虑了储能电站放电状态、充电及备用状态两种情况下对定值的要求,确保定值修改后的保护既能满足灵敏度要求,又不会超越保护范围而误动作,从而保证储能电站接入点上级线路的电流II段保护可靠动作。采用两个配电网络的参数进行了算例分析,计算结果验证了所论述优化方法的正确性。The access of the energy storage power station changes the structure of the power distribution network,from a single power network to a multi-power network.The original current protection is affected by this,and problems such as insufficient sensitivity and inability to cooperate with upper and lower levels may occur.Therefore,according to the output current characteristics of the energy storage power station under constant power control(PQ control),the analysis was carried out according to the two cases of the output fault current of the energy storage power plant reaching the limit and the limit is not reached,and an optimization and improvement method for the protection constant value was proposed.The optimization method took into account the requirements of the fixed value in the two conditions of the discharged state,charging and standby state of the energy storage power station,to ensure that the modified value of the protection could meet the sensitivity requirements,and would not exceed the protection range and malfunction.The current section II protection of the upper line of the access point of the energy storage power station operated reliably.The parameters of the two distribution networks were used to analyze the examples.The calculation results verified the correctness of the proposed optimization method.
