摘  要:低压电机在解体检修后短时间的运行过程中连续发生数起烧毁事故,故障现象基本相同,从检修项目执行和过程质量控制及轴承、润滑脂等方面进行了分析。结果表明,电机损坏原因是轴承失效的共性问题,轴承失效的根本原因为润滑脂变质导致润滑不良。同时对现场电机的电气保护配置及其动作情况进行了分析,并提出改进建议。Several burnout accidents occur continuously during the short period of operation of low voltage motors after disintegration and maintenance,and the fault phenomena are basically the same.The analysis is carried out from the aspects of maintenance project implementation and process quality control,as well as bearing and lubricating grease.The results show that the common problem of bearing failure is the cause of motor damage,and the basic reason of bearing failure is poor lubrication caused by grease deterioration.At the same time,the configuration and operation of the electrical protection of field motor are analyzed,and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
