摘 要:通过密实化改性制备了厚度为12mm、密度为0.55~1.13g·cm^-3的轻型木结构用杨木胶合板覆面材料;开展了168个覆面材料为定向刨花板(OSB)和不同密度杨木胶合板、墙骨柱为云杉-松-冷杉(SPF)和花旗松的钉连接单调加载试验研究.结果表明:通用的密度为0.65 g·cm^-3的OSB和SPF钉连接,当覆面材料厚度由12 mm增至15mm时,钉连接抗剪承载力增幅较小;与12 mm厚OSB-SPF钉连接相比,采用密度不高于0.65 g·cm^-3的杨木胶合板,钉连接平行加载抗剪承载力略有降低;当杨木胶合板密度大于0.75 g·cm^-3时,钉连接垂直和平行加载抗剪承载力分别提高10.61%~22.35%和36.51%~60.32%,破坏模式主要为墙骨柱劈裂,覆面材料强度未充分发挥;当杨木胶合板密度在0.93~1.13g·cm^-3范围时,以花旗松为墙骨柱的钉连接,其垂直和平行加载抗剪承载力分别提高50.28%~59.22%和1.13~2.71倍;采用欧规EN 1995-1-1—2004计算的杨木胶合板钉连接抗剪承载力具有较高精度.Sheathing materials of densified fast-growing poplar plywood with a thickness of 12 mm and varied densities ranging from 0.55~1.13 g·cm^-3 were manufactured through densification modification.Oriented strand board(OSB)and poplar plywood with different densities were used as sheathing materials,and spruce-pine-fir(SPF)and Douglas fir were used as studs.A total of 168 panel-to-stud nail connection specimens were fabricated,and then were tested under monotonic loading.Results show that the density of generally available OSB is 0.65 g·cm^-3,and the shear capacity of nail connection specimens increases slightly when the thickness of OSB increases from 12 mm to 15 mm.The parallel-to-grain shear capacity of nail connection made of poplar plywood with a density≤0.65 g·cm^-3 is less than that of OSB-SPF with 12 mm thickness.The perpendicular-and parallel-to-grain shear capacities of nail connection made of poplar plywood with a density>0.75 g·cm^-3 are 10.61%~22.35%and 36.51%~60.32%higher than that of OSB-SPF,respectively.The major failure mode is stud crack,and the mechanical properties of sheathing material are not fully used.The perpendicular-and parallel-to-grain shear capacities of nail connection specimens increase by 50.28%~59.22%and 1.13~2.71 times than that of OSB-SPF specimens,respectively,as Douglas fir and poplar plywood with a density ranging from 0.93~1.13 g·cm^-3 are used.The shear capacity of poplar plywood nail connection can be calculated with relatively high accuracy according to European standard EN 1995-1-1—2004.
