摘 要:为了研究多离子体系溶液电渗析浓缩效率,本文通过简化电渗析传质过程,以质量平衡和电化学基本方程为基础构建了电渗析浓缩数学模型,并综合考虑了循环流量、电流密度、进水溶解固形物(TDS)质量浓度等条件,以及离子交换膜的选择透过性、水迁移等过程的影响,推导出电渗析传质过程中水迁移量及离子迁移量的模型方程,构建完成预测浓水室出水TDS质量浓度的数学模型方程。采用软化后的脱硫废水在实验室进行电渗析浓缩实验,对实验结果和数学模型预测值进行统计学分析的结果表明,该模型相关性显著,验证了该模型预测值的可靠性。In order to study the concentration efficiency of electrodialysis with multi-ion system solution,the mathematical model of the concentration of electrodialysis was established based on mass balance and electrochemical basic equations by simplifying the mass transfer process of electrodialysis.Moreover,comprehensively considering the influences of the operating conditions,such as the circulation flow,current density and mass concentration of influent dissolved solid matter(TDS)as well as the selective permeability of the ion exchange membrane,water transfer and other secondary processes,the model equation of the water transfer and the ion transfer in the mass transfer process of electrodialysis was derived,and the mathematical model equation for predicting the content of TDS of concentrated liquid was established and completed.Furthermore,electrodialysis concentration experiment was completed in laboratory with softened desulfurization wastewater,the experimental results and the predicted values of the mathematical model were statistically analyzed.The result indicates that the correlation is significant,and the reliability of the prediction value of the model equation is verified.
