摘  要:介绍了在线氢电导率测量技术原理及存在问题,详细分析了测量过程中阳离子交换树脂再生度、树脂破碎裂纹、树脂漏出、交换柱设计、交换柱内水样流向、空气漏入、再生树脂冲洗程度等因素对氢电导率测量准确性的影响。同时,介绍了一种采用连续电再生阳离子交换器在线测量氢电导率的新技术及其技术优势,并结合该新技术在电厂的实际应用情况,对在线氢电导率测量技术的发展前景进行了展望,对电厂获得准确的氢电导率测量值以及提高水汽化学监督与控制可靠性具有指导意义。The principle and existing problems on-line cation conductivity measurement technology were introduced.The influence factors that existed in the measurement process,such as cation exchange resin regeneration degree,resin crack,resin leakage,exchange column design,sample flow direction in exchange column,air leakage and the rinsing of regenerated resin were analyzed in detail.Moreover,a new technology of on-line cation conductivity measurement using continuous electro-regeneration cation exchanger and its technical superiority were introduced.Moreover,combined with the application of the new technology in power plant,the application prospect of on-line cation conductivity measurement technology was prospected.This technology is of important guiding significance for power plants to obtain accurate cation conductivity and improve reliability of water stream chemical control and supervision.
