摘 要:本实验采用新型保温材料气凝胶、硅基生态保温涂料以及镁基陶瓷复合保护层制备了新的保温结构,并将其与传统保温材料硅酸钙保温壳、硅酸铝纤维保温结构的保温效果(表面温度以及表面热损失)进行了对比分析。结果表明:与传统保温材料硅酸钙保温壳和硅酸铝纤维相比,新型保温材料的年节能量分别是94.8 t标准煤和140.6 t标准煤。In this experiment,a new insulation structure was prepared using a new insulation material aerogel,silicon-based ecological insulation coating and magnesium-based ceramic composite protective layer,and it was insulated from the traditional insulation material calcium silicate insulation shell and aluminum silicate fiber insulation structure.The effects(surface temperature and surface heat loss)were compared and analyzed.The results show that the annual energy saving of the new insulation materials is 94.8 t standard coal and 140.6 t standard coal,respectively,compared with the traditional insulation materials calcium silicate insulation shell and aluminum silicate fiber.
