喷油器喷油速率对非道路用柴油机燃烧和性能的影响

摘  要:在一台非道路用柴油机上进行台架外特性试验,对比研究了使用某新喷油器与原喷油器对该非道路用柴油机的燃烧过程、动力性和经济性的影响,并选择性能更好的喷油器进行了非道路稳态循环测试(NRSC),检验该柴油机排放水平。外特性试验结果表明:使用新喷油器后,喷油速率明显提高,喷油持续期缩短;燃料燃烧的最大放热量和最高放热速率增加,缸内最大爆发压力和最高气体温度相应增加;转矩增加,有效燃油消耗率下降。随后,该非道路用柴油机使用新喷油器进行了非道路稳态循环8工况测试,试验结果表明:非道路稳态循环测试的CO、HC、NOx以及PM加权总排放量均低于中国第四阶段非道路用柴油机排气污染物排放限值。A full-load bench test was conducted on a non-road diesel engine to study and compare the effects of a new injector and the original injector on the combustion process, power and fuel economy performance of the non-road diesel engine. And the better injector was selected for a non-road steady-state cycle(NRSC) to verify the emission level of the non-road engine. The results of the full-load test show that the injection rate can be increased obviously with shortening injection duration by using the new injector.Meanwhile, when using the new injector, the maximum heat release amount and the maximum heat release rate increase, and the peak in-cylinder pressure and the peak gas temperature also increase. In addition,the new injector used on the non-road engine can result in the increased torque and the decreased brake specific fuel consumption. Subsequently, the non-road diesel engine used the new injector carried out eight operating points test for the non-road steady cycle, and the test results show that the CO, HC, NO_x and PM weighed total emissions of the steady-state cycle test are lower than the limits of for exhaust pollutants for the China Ⅳ non-road diesel engine.
