摘  要:为研究齿轮动态啮合过程中的应力、应变和速度、加速度对系统动力学的影响,根据齿轮啮合原理和赫兹接触理论计算齿轮啮合过程中的接触应力;根据接触有限元方法,利用ANSYS Workbench数值分析了齿轮动态啮合过程中,沿啮合线、齿宽和齿轮径向方向上最大等效应力、最大等效应变的发生位置以及最大速度、最大加速度的变化规律。计算结果表明,从动轮的接触带靠近两端面处和齿根圆处最容易发生轮齿失效;双齿啮合时速度稳定性比单齿啮合时提高约25%,振动冲击现象明显减弱。分析齿轮最容易发生失效的位置,模拟振动冲击点,为提高齿轮强度和齿轮优化设计以及为电机转速的控制提供了理论基础。In order to study the influence of stress,strain,velocity and acceleration on system dynamics during dynamic meshing of gears,according to the gear meshing principle,Hertz contact theory and contact finite element method,the contact stress in gear meshing is calculated,the variation law of maximum equivalent stress,maximum equivalent strain and maximum velocity and maximum acceleration along the radial direction of meshing line,tooth width and gear in the dynamic meshing process of gears is analyzed by ANSYS Workbench.The results show that the contact zone of the driven wheel near the two ends and the tooth root circle is the most vulnerable position to failure.The velocity stability of the driven wheel with double teeth meshing is about 25%higher than that with single teeth meshing,and the vibration and impact phenomenon is obviously weakened.Analyzing the most easily invalid position and simulating the vibration impact point provide a theoretical basis for improving the strength of gear and optimizing the design of gear,as well as for the control of motor speed.
