摘　　要：为提高医院收费票据的管理水平,对医院收费票据管理存在的问题进行分析。票据的使用、核销不规范,空白票据随意乱放,缺乏统一的法律法规管理制度。从领用票据、核销收费票据、规范处理作废票据、实行一卡通管理等方面提出了合理的管理建议,为原始票据的有效管理和严格审核创造有利条件,以确保医院资金的安全性。In order to improve the management level of hospital bills,the existing problems of hospital bill management are analyzed.The existing problems are that the use and cancellation of bills are not standardized,blank bills are randomly placed,and there is a lack of a unified management system of laws and regulations.Reasonable management suggestions were made in terms of receiving bills,writing off charge bills,standardizing the processing of obsolete bills,and implementing one-card management,to create favorable conditions for the effective management and strict review of original bills to ensure the safety of hospital funds.
