摘　　要：从研学旅游的发展背景出发,介绍了中小学生研学旅游的需求,即要有明确的研学主题、优质的研学课程、安全的研学环境、专业的研学导师。分析了南京研学旅游资源,探讨了南京中小学生研学旅游项目的发展现状,如研学主题众多,政府主导性不够;旅游资源丰富,但缺乏深度和广度;旅游市场混乱,研学安全堪忧;专业人才匮乏,不能满足市场需求。提出了南京中小学生研学旅游项目的开发策略,如政府大力扶持,设计研学主题;深度挖掘资源,分层研学课程;整治旅游市场,保障研学安全;校企通力合作,培养专业导师。Based on the development background of research tourism,the needs of primary and middle school students in research tourism are introduced:there must be a clear research theme,high-quality research courses,a safe research environment,and a professional research instructor.Analyzed the research and tourism resources of Nanjing,and discussed the development status of research and tourism projects for primary and middle school students in Nanjing:there are many research themes and the government is not dominant;the tourism resources are rich,but the depth and breadth are lacking;The small number of professional talents cannot meet the market demand.Proposed the development strategy of Nanjing primary and middle school students’research and tourism projects,such as government support,designing research themes;in-depth mining of resources,grading research courses;rectifying the tourism market,ensuring the safety of research;school-enterprise cooperation,training professional mentors.
