摘　　要：林业的发展离不开人才的支持,而物联网是推动智慧林业发展的主要源动力。当前,智慧林业发展在技术层面、物联网应用上存在很多不足。应提高物联网专业人才的技能水平,强化政府部门的宏观调控,为智慧林业发展提出正确的指导意见。要加大财政资金的投入,为林业发展提供人才。要整合社会资源,构建林业物联网平台,收集林业资源信息。现阶段林业物联网的应用基础比较薄弱,但未来会向着更加智能化的方向发展,会有更多的林业技术手段应用,共同促进智慧林业的多元化发展。The development of forestry cannot be achieved without the support of human resources,and the Internet of Things is the main source of driving the development of intelligent forestry.At present,there are many deficiencies in the development of intelligent forestry at the technical level and in the application of the Internet of Things.The skill level of IoT professionals should be improved,the macro-control of government departments should be strengthened,and correct guidance should be given for the development of smart forestry.Financial resources should be increased to provide human resources for forestry development.Social resources should be integrated,a forestry Internet of Things platform should be built and information on forestry resources should be collected.At this stage,the application base of the forestry Internet of Things is relatively weak,but the future will be in the direction of more intelligent,there will be more forestry technology and means of application,and jointly promote the diversified development of intelligent forestry.
