摘　　要：为了将报废锭胆顺利地从锭座中拔出以便回收锭座内可利用零件,介绍含锥外圆锭胆和直外圆锭胆的传统拔出方法及缺点;分析环形齿易拔锭胆夹具的结构及使用方法.指出:易拔锭胆环形齿夹具为分体式,具有2圈~4圈前薄后厚的环形齿,咬合紧实;夹具既改变了轴承座含锥外圆锭胆退锭胆夹具的装夹单一性,又改变了轴承座含直外圆锭胆退锭胆夹具的手工操作方法,实现了锭座退锭胆的机械化操作,且只需更换夹套即可改变环形齿最小孔径来装夹不同型号的锭胆,生产效率高,可降低生产成本.In order to pull the scrapped spindle insert out of the spindle pedestal smoothly so as to recover the available parts in the spindle pedestal,introduction is made to the traditional pull out methods and disadvantages of the spindle insert with conical outer circle and straight outer circle.The structure and using method of the fixture with ring gear for easy to pull-out spindle insert are analyzed.It is pointed out that the fixture with ring-gear for easy to pull-out spindle insert is detachable type,which has 2-4 circles of ring-gear with thin front and thick back and it is tightly engaged.The fixture not only changes the clamping monotonicity of the fixture for the withdrawal of spindle insert of the bearing seat with conical outer circle spindle insert,but also changes the manual operation method of the fixture with straight outer circle spindle in-sert,which can realize the mechanized operation of withdrawal of spindle insert from spindle pedestal.The minimum hole diameter of the ring-gear can be changed to fit different types of spindle insert only by changing the jacket,and the production efficiency is high and the produc-tion cost can be reduced.
