摘  要:为了正确选用集聚纺用色纺胶辊,从色纺纱原料特性分析其对胶辊的不良影响;从集聚纺装置中牵伸胶辊与集聚胶辊的作用和要求,分析集聚纺用色纺胶辊选型、套制、磨砺、表面处理及胶辊使用注意事项;以纺纱案例分析集聚纺色纺胶辊的选型效果.指出:集聚纺用色纺胶辊选型需根据品种定位、纱号、原料、设备和器材的老化程度、工艺设定、环境等灵活掌握;套制保证“三同心”,控制砂轮粒数及其速度、拖板速度、往复次数等保证胶辊表面粗糙度,处理前清洗胶辊表面,注意处理方式的选择和表面处理间环境,制定合理的回磨周期及更换周期,以保证胶辊制作质量;采用合适的集聚纺用色纺胶辊,不仅成纱质量满足用户要求,且适纺性好,使用周期长.In order to correctly choose color spinning cots for compact spinning,bad effects on cots are analyzed from raw material properties of color spinning yarn,and selection,bearing,grinding,surface treatment and matters needing attention of color spinning cots for compact spinning are analyzed from functions and requirements of drafting cots and compact cots in compact spinning device,and selection effects of color spinning cots for compact spinning are analyzed with spinning cases.It is pointed out that the selection of color spinning cots for compact spinning should be controlled flexibly according to the variety positioning,yarn number,raw materials,aging degree of equipments and accessories,process setting and environment.The"three concentric"are ensured,the grains number and speed of grinding wheel,towing speed,reciprocating times are controlled to ensure the surface roughness of cots,the surface of cots are cleanned before treatment,the selection of treatment mode and surface treatment environment are paied attention to,and a reasonable grinding cycle and replacement cycle are formulated to ensure the quality of cots production.The suitable color spinning cots for compact spinning can not only meet the yarn quality requirements of customers,but also have good spinnability and long service life.
