摘 要:为了解决胶辊使用周期缩短、更换频繁导致磨砺工作量大、耗费时间长等问题,介绍全自动磨胶辊机的工作原理,详细阐述该机磨削尺寸范围广、磨削方式可选、自动分检、自动清洁和修磨砂轮等性能特点;对比全自动与FU804型磨胶辊机磨砺后胶辊表面粗糙度Ra值、上机成纱质量等应用效果.指出:全自动磨胶辊机磨砺胶辊直径偏差小于0.01mm,磨一套细纱胶辊仅需20s,且能充分保护胶辊原有弹性和抗静电性,相比传统磨胶辊机效率高、胶辊表面质量好、精度高,纺纱指标优并节约用工;纺纱企业应提高辅机配置档次,通过持续技术创新和管理创新,发挥纺织器材及专件的最大作用,提升纺纱质量.In order to solve the problems such as short service life and frequent changing of cots leading to large grinding workload and long time consumption,the working principle of the au-tomatic cot grinding machine is introduced,and the features of the machine such as wide grind-ing size range,optional grinding mode,automatic sorting,automatic cleaning and automatic grinding wheel are expounded in detail.The application effects such as the Ra value of surface roughness of cots and the yarn quality of cots grinded with the automatic cot grinding machine and the cot grinding machine FU804 are compared.It is pointed out that the diameter deviation of cots grinded by the automatic cot grinding machine is less than 0.01 mm,and it only takes 20 s to grind a set of spinning cots,which can fully protects the original elasticity and antistatic property of cots.Compared with the traditional cot grinding machine,the automatic cot grinding machine has higher efficiency,better surface quality and accuracy,better spinning index and la-bor saving.Spinning enterprises should improve the allocation level of auxiliary machinery,and play the maximum role of textile accessories and parts through continuous technological inno-vation and management innovation to improve the quality of spinning.
