棉纺环锭细纱机防锈与包装技术浅析

摘　　要：为解决棉纺环锭细纱机运输过程中金属零件锈蚀问题,介绍金属表面化学处理防锈、物理覆膜防锈、油漆、喷粉防锈、包装袋防锈、防潮剂防锈等多种常用的细纱机防锈方法及其具体应用,根据细纱机车头箱、车尾箱包装储运工艺分析存放、运输、包装和监督各生产环节造成细纱机零件锈蚀的原因;对车头、车尾金属零件进行防锈蚀试验,对比不同防锈处理方法和存放周期的零件锈蚀程度,优化包装及防锈工艺,探索开发新型防锈技术和包装工艺。指出:细纱机的锈蚀问题主要发生在整体车头箱、车尾箱的包装箱内,隔离潮湿空气是解决锈蚀问题的关键;选用R5322B型防锈油,以背心式塑料袋作包装材料,在车头箱、车尾箱的包装木箱底板上加铺一层聚乙烯塑料布,在其四周粘上双面胶、将防雨塑料袋袋口与其牢固粘接,以保障零件与潮湿空气隔绝;新的包装防锈工艺解决细纱机防锈问题,提升包装工艺技术水平。In order to solve the problem of rust on the metal parts of cotton ring spinning frame during transportation,a variety of common rust prevention methods such as surface chemical treatment,physical coating,painting,powder spraying,packing bag and moisture resistant agent for metal,and the application are introduced.According to the packing and transportation technology of the head box and tail box of the spinning frame,the reasons for rust of the spinning frame parts caused by the storage,transportation,packaging and supervision of each production link are analyzed.Anti-rust tests on the metal parts of the head and the tail of spinning frame are carried out.The corrosion degree of parts of different anti-rust treatment methods and different storage cycles are compared.Packaging and rust prevention control process are optimized.New rust prevention technology and packaging technology are explored and developed.It is pointed out that the problem of spinning frame rust mainly occurs in the whole head box and the tail box in the packaging box,so isolation of moist air is the key to solve the problem of rust.Rust prevention oil R5322B is selected,and vest plastic bags are used as packing materials.A layer of polythene plastic sheet is laid on the wooden box bottom plate of the head and tail boxes,and double-sided adhesive tape is glued around them,and the rain proof plastic bag mouth is firmly glued to protect the parts from moist air.The new rust prevention packaging technology can solve the problem of rust prevention spinning frame,and improve the level of packaging technology.
