摘　　要：为了提高清花线效率和成纱质量,分析衡量清花线优劣的3项主要功能和2项核心指标,以及清花设备发展趋势,剖析往复式自动抓包机存在的6方面问题;介绍特吕茨施勒公司制造的新一代门架式BO-P型自动抓包机主要技术特征。指出:门架式BO-P型自动抓包机架构合理、结构简单,产量高、混匀效果好、开松柔和、安全系统可靠,占地面积相比2.3 m幅宽机型减少25%~45%,灵活性和品种适应性强,T-LED远程可视,安装简单、保养维护方便、风量需求少、适用性广。In order to improve efficiency and yarn quality of blowing line,the three main functions and two core indicators for evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of blowing line and the development trends of the blowing equipments are analyzed,and the six problems of reciprocating automatic bale plucker are dissected.The main technical features of the new gantry automatic bale plucker BO-P manufactured by Trützschler company are introduced.It is pointed out that the new gantry automatic bale plucker BO-P is reasonable and simple in structure,and has the main technical features shch as high output,good mixing effects,soft opening,reliable safety system,small occupation of land which is reduced by 25%~45%compared with 2.3 m width model,strong flexibility and adaptability,T-LED remote viewing,simple installation,convenient maintenance,less air volume requirements,and wide applicability.
