摘  要:为了解决生产精梳集聚纺18.22 tex纱时存在毛羽指数较高,钢丝圈飞圈、挂花、磨损导致细纱断头等问题,通过在同机台、同锭条件下上机试验,探讨不同厂家、不同型号钢丝圈对该品种成纱质量指标、尤其是对成纱毛羽的影响;通过连续14 d对毛羽指数跟踪测试,对比3 mm毛羽指数指标,优选出适用的钢丝圈型号。指出:优选钢丝圈,能减少精梳集聚纺18.22 tex纱钢丝圈飞圈、挂花和磨损问题,减少断头和空锭,达到毛羽指数3.0以内的内控标准,提高产品质量,减轻劳动强度,提高生产效率。In order to solve the problems such as high hairiness index and yarn broken ends result from traveller flying,hitching and wearing in the production of combed compact spinning 18.22 tex yarn,the influence of travellers of different manufacturers and different types on the yarn quality indexes,especially on the yarn hairiness are discussed under the condition of the same machine and the same spindle.The suitable traveller is selected through tracking tests for hairiness index and comparing with 3 mm hairness index of continuous 14 days.It is pointed out that the optimized traveller can reduce the problems of traveller flying,hitching and wearing of combed compact spinning 18.22 tex yarn,reduce the broken ends and empty spindle,reach the hairiness internal control standard within 3.0,improve product quality,reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency.
